Join us for a gin themed cruise on the Union Canal.
How It Works
You are welcomed aboard the St Michael canal barge at Linlithgow Canal Centre with a welcome cocktail and will then enjoy cruising along the Avon Aqueduct with delicious food & drinks. What's included in the Gin Cruise:
Our Story
While on board, we'll share our story and our journey to bringing spirit making back to Linlithgow. You'll also be talked through our range of products and the gins you're drinking.
The Drinks
After your LinGin Sunrise cocktail, you'll be served 3 perfect serve gin & tonics from our award-winning range of gins. You can choose a 4th perfect serve drink from our range of gin, vodka & rum.
The Food
To accompany the drinks, you will be provided with a box of cold canapes & snacks from Mason Belles Kitchen, another fabulous business from Linlithgow.
The Gin Cruise experience lasts between 2.5-3 hours in total. Please arrive 10 minutes before your Gin Cruise is scheduled to depart.

I Will Definitely Be Back
You all worked so hard and were so good at describing your products. The gin samples were amazing. No hard sell either and people were only too eager to buy their favourite gin. I will definitely be back. Linlithgow should be really proud of you!

Highly Recommend This Trip
What a lovely way to spend a night with friends. Lin Gin cocktails and a taster of the lovely Lin Gins and nibbles provided by Mason Bells on a canal barge. The scenery was amazing too.

Yes, please give details of any dietary requirements when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these. Please note, we require at least 14 days notice for dietary requirements.
Tickets for the cruise are sold in pairs and each table on board the barge seats 4 people. If booking in a group up to 8 people, we will make every effort to seat you at tables beside each other.
Yes, we are able to accommodate private cruises for up to 36 people. We require a minimum of 6 weeks notice to arrange the cruise. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
There is no bar on board and we don't operate as a bar so you cannot buy any drinks in addition to the cocktails & perfect serves included in the ticket price. However, there is an opportunity to buy bottles (at a discounted rate!) at the end of the cruise.
Once onboard, the barge itself is accessible for wheelchairs. However, please note that there are 4/5 steep steps that require to be negotiated to get on & off the barge. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance.
In the summer months, the barge can get hot on a warm day. However, there is no heating on board so wrap up warm if it's on the chilly side! The best advice is to dress appropriately for the weather! We don't recommend wearing high heels due to the steps getting on & off the barge.
Absolutely! Your host will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the distillery or our products.
No, we don't sell vouchers but you can book your space here.
