With our Tour & Tasting Experience voucher they will be able to redeem their voucher for one of our Distillery tours and tastings.

The Tour & Tasting Experience takes around 90 minutes and is divided into 3 sections. During the experience they will hear about our story & journey to bringing spirit making back to Linlithgow while enjoying a gin & tonic. This is followed by a behind the scenes tour of the distillery including the stills & production area where they will learn about the process we use to make our spirits. The experience concludes with a tasting in our tasting room when they will sample 5 of our spirits.
They will also enjoy a 10% discount off all bottles and merchandise in our Distillery shop.
Vouchers can be redeemed by contacting us to arrange a date.
Free Local Delivery
We offer a free delivery service to customers in the following postcodes: EH48, EH49, EH54, FK1 & FK2. Deliveries take place Tuesday - Friday and the minimum spend for this service is £30. We ask that there will be someone available at the property to take in the delivery or a safe place is clearly stated in the comments box at checkout.
Click & Collect
Online orders can be collected from the Distillery shop using our Click & Collect service. These orders are generally processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email to confirm when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and proof of ID when collecting your order.

UK Delivery
All orders are sent using a tracked service and you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday and aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. During exceptionally busy times or based our event schedule, next working day dispatch may not be possible but generally all orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive the delivery. However, if there will not be someone who can receive the delivery, please add an order note with instructions of a safe place for the delivery.
Delivery Costs
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £60. Our free delivery uses a Tracked 48 service.

Please note: delivery options will be displayed in the checkout based on the weight of the item(s) in your basket. The rate for up to 2kg covers all orders containing 1 x 70cl bottle. Generally, orders with 2 or more bottles will be charged at the 2kg+ rate.
General Information
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. Please check your order confirmation carefully and get in touch as soon as possible if you notice any errors with the address. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.
On occasion items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact us quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
